- Navigate to Goals: In the main dashboard menu on the left side of the screen, click on the Goals tab.
- Open Creation Form: Click the + New Strategic Goal button located in the top-right corner of the Goals screen.
- Enter Goal Name: In the “Goal Name” field, type the short, descriptive title for your strategy (e.g., Holistic Community Prosperity & Leadership Pipeline).
- Add Description: In the “Description” field, write the full narrative explaining the strategy’s purpose and scope.
- Finalize and Save: Click Save to confirm and add the new Strategic Goal to your global list.
