How to Create Tag Groups and Options

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Access Settings: In the main menu, click Settings.
  2. Navigate to Tag Definitions: Scroll down to the Tag Definitions section.
  3. Create a New Tag Group:
    • Click the + Add Tag Group button on the right.
    • Enter a descriptive Group Name (e.g., Age Group) and click Save.
  4. Add Tag Options (Labels):
    • Under the newly created Tag Group, click the + Add Option link.
    • Enter the Option Value (the specific label) (e.g., 18-24). Click Save.
    • Repeat the process to add all required options for that group (e.g., 25-65, 65+, etc.).
  5. Repeat for Additional Groups: Repeat steps 3 and 4 to create all necessary Tag Groups (e.g., Service Model) and their respective options (e.g., Individual Counseling, Group Therapy, Telehealth Session).
