- Navigate to Reports: Go to Reporting & Insights.
- Open Export Dialogue: Click the Export Impact Report button in the top right corner.
- Configure Report: In the pop-up window:
- Report Title: Enter the desired title (e.g., Impact Report for Board).
- Fiscal Periods: Select the specific Fiscal Years to include in the report.
- Executive Summary: Type or paste the summary text, or use the Draft with AI function (if available).
- Include Content (Optional): Ensure the checkboxes for Include Financial Summary and Include Impact Stories are checked if needed.
- Generate PDF: Click Generate PDF.
- Save Document: In the print preview window, review the report pages, select Save as PDF as the destination, and click Save.
