- Access Settings: In the main dashboard menu, click Settings.
- Navigate to KPIs: Scroll down to the Master KPIs (Indicators) section.
- Open KPI Form: Click the green + Add KPI button.
- Enter KPI Details: Complete the “New Indicator” form fields:
- Indicator Name: Type the full name (e.g., Sustained Mental Wellness Engagement Rate).
- Type: Select what the KPI measures (e.g., Outcome).
- Unit of Measure: Select the unit (e.g., %, #, or Participants)..
- Direction: Select Higher is Better or Lower is Better.
- Description: Type the clear definition of the KPI.
- Save Indicator: Click Save to add the new KPI to your master list, making it available for linking to Goals.
