How to Link a KPI to a Program

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Navigate to Programs: In the main menu, click Programs.
  2. Select the Program: Click the name of the program you wish to measure (e.g., Program A: Holistic Health Hub).
  3. Go to Configuration: Click the Configuration tab within the Program details view.
  4. Initiate KPI Link: Under “Linked KPIs & Targets,” click the green + Link New KPI button.
  5. Select Indicator: In the pop-up window:
    • Use the Indicator dropdown to select the Master KPI you are linking (e.g., Sustained Mental Wellness Engagement Rate).
    • Note: The system automatically shows the KPI’s alignment to its Strategic Goal and Goal Target.
  6. Set Operational Target: Enter the Operational Target—the specific number or percentage this Program must achieve (e.g., 40 for 40%).
  7. Require Tagging (Optional): Check the Require Tagging? box if data entry for this KPI must include a demographic or service tag.
    • If checked, select the required Tag Group (e.g., Service Model).
  8. Save Link: Click Save Link to finalize the measurement connection.
