- Access Reports: In the main menu, click Reporting & Insights. This opens the Impact Global Report.
- Filter by Time: Use the Fiscal Year(s) and Quarters dropdowns to narrow the reporting timeframe.
- Filter by Programs: Click the Programs dropdown to include or exclude specific programs from the comparison view.
- Filter by Strategy: Click the Strategic Goal dropdown to filter the view based on a single strategic objective.
- Review Program Comparison: Scroll down to the Program Performance Comparison table to see the visual status (on track/off track) of each linked KPI across all selected programs.
- View KPI Details: Click on a specific KPI name in the comparison table (e.g., Sustained Mental Wellness Engagement Rate) to view its aggregated quarterly progress chart and status across all contributing programs below.
- Change Report View: Use the report menu tabs at the top (e.g., Funder Report, Impact Timeline) to switch the view to focus on grant progress or narrative success milestones.
